Charles Ames

Charley was born and raised in Montana. Spending most of his summers in Big Timber  MT exploring the vastness and beauty of the Crazies Mountain Range and Boulder river he established a true appreciation for all things wild and free. If he wasn’t out exploring, he was with his grandmother Dolores. usually in the kitchen helping her with whatever she was working on. Dolores loved to nurture through her cooking. She instilled those values upon her favorite grandson. It’s no surprise Charley has since spent his life and career doing the same. Over two decades in the hospitality industry has allowed him to develop a unique style; rooted in care and love, driven by traditional European techniques. He’s spent time in lots of Montana’s finest restaurants while also curating private events of all shapes and sizes.
